Having moved last year to a resplendent historic building, the Conservatory hosts pianist (and alum) Robin Sutherland along with Don Ehrlich, assistant principal viola of the SF Symphony; they perform work by Shostakovich and other composers (Feb. 19). Andrew Mogrelia conducts the Conservatory Orchestra in Wagner's Overture to Tannhäuser and Stravinsky's Firebird (Apr. 28).
