EATS: Start off with the pyramid of salmon and tuna tartare, and scoop up every last bit with the homemade potato chips that accompany it. The huge sushi rolls come in all types, from the signature Blowfish maki with yellowtail, masago (smelt roe), salmon and scallions to the crunchy Maui roll stuffed with tuna, mango and macadamia nuts.
