Once upon a time, the phrase “ecofriendly fashion” might have evoked burlap-sack tunics and Birkenstocks. Those days are over, and if anyone still has any doubts, the fashion show at this past winter’s Gorgeous and Green benefit for the nonprofit Global Green should put the case to rest.
